Short version

Unclench does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Everything stays on your device.

Data we collect

None. The app does not have a server, does not require an account, and does not use analytics SDKs.

Data stored on your device

The app stores the following locally via UserDefaults:

• Your quiz answers (body symptoms, stress level, sleep, triggers, schedule, goal)
• Your personalized plan (reminder frequency, enabled exercises, quiet hours)
• Mood check-in entries (before/after each exercise)
• Sound preferences (voice selection, volume settings)

This data never leaves your device. Deleting the app removes all data.

Third-party services

The app does not use any third-party analytics, crash reporting, or advertising services.

Notifications

The app uses local notifications to remind you to take breaks. These are scheduled entirely on-device. No push notification server is involved.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13.
